On December 14, 2023, The 2nd CMAU National College Students Market Research and Business Planning Competition National Competition Proposed Corporate Activity Review Presentation was successfully held at Shantou University East Coast Campus. The meeting was chaired by Guo Gongxing, Vice Dean of the Business School of Shantou University.
At the beginning of the meeting, Wang Tao, the chairman, representing the China Association for Higher Education in Marketing, delivered a speech. Chairman Wang first expressed full affirmation and high praise for Shantou University's meticulous hosting of the competition.
Subsequently, Zou Zhibo, Party (CPC) Secretary of School of Business, warmly welcomed and sincerely thanked all guests. Then, Associate Professor Fei Hongping provided a comprehensive summary of the CMAU contest.
Following that, Associate Professor Yao Kai elaborated on the operational support mechanism of the CMAU contest and briefly introduced the use of the Credamo data platform. Cai Chuangneng Business School Shantou University, shared valuable organizational experiences from hosting the southern regional finals of the second CMAU contest. Li Ziyin, Associate Professor of Business School Shantou University and advisor to the top prize-winning team, shared her valuable guidance experience in the CMAU contest.
Subsequently, two student teams represented their projects for the companies Chaoting and Jinghua, sharing their competition experiences. After each presentation, attendees actively participated in the debriefing and discussion, with representatives of the case study companies providing summaries. This was followed by a free exchange session, where participants actively expressed their thoughts, raised questions, and exchanged ideas, offering valuable thoughts and suggestions for future competitions.
Chairman Wang Tao also summarized the exchange activities. Finally, Professor Jing Fengjie concluded the debriefing session. In the afternoon, guests visited Chaoting Food Co., Ltd. in Shantou City for further exchanges and a deeper understanding of the development of the contest's case study company, Chaoting, and the intangible cultural heritage of the Chaoshan region. The report meeting concluded successfully, with attendees expressing that they had gained a lot from the event.
